Cancellations
It is strongly suggested that if you need to cancel an appointment, please provide the clinic with a 24 hour notice, as this allows us to give the time slot to another patient. Last minute cancellations are unfair to other patients. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without prior notification will be billed a cancellation fee.
